I have been trying to return Order number: #15404887-250 for over two weeks now. There's a problem with your return portal, it wont generate a label and says there's a problem and that you'll send it to me when its been resolved. I tried to generate a new label over 5x, but received the same message.
That was over two weeks ago. I've written to 'hello' numerous times as well as attempted to chat with your bot. I called but could not leave a message. I even got the number of a manager at your store named Kev and he said he would forward my case to someone in returns. i followed up wtih him but did not hear back. I need to return becuase it was a double order - I had already received the first package and simply wanted to return this package unopened.
