“After two weeks, I never received the two hats that I ordered from GiGi ♀️ Between purchasing and shipping my packages were lost plus no one has bothered to return my emails about a replacement order or being reimbursed. Now I have to deal with explaining this mix up to the shipping company or lose over $200! Needless to say, I will not purchase another item from this company again.”

It does provide package protection if anything happens to your hat while it's in transit + if you decide to return we provide a free return label! Otherwise you pay $8 for the return shipping.
