“this item was just placed in a cardboard box no protective wrapping and when it arrived it was broken in several places. very disapointed in the sending. i did email to say this and received a response to indicate my money was being refunded as yet that has not happened. i will continue to check. i hope this is a lesson learned for the next customer ..the products are lovely and it was such a shame to receive it broken.”
