“I’m really sad and disappointed by experience with this company. I ordered this mirror as a present for it to be smashed on arrival. I emailed to be told a replace would be sent out, which I had to follow up numerous times for each time to say there’s a delay and then it’s on its way, I got reassured that they still had this in stock. A month passed for me to get a full refund due to none left.
Really bad experience which is a shame as the item was something we really wanted.”
