“I so badly want to leave a good review because I do love the quality of the hair, fast shipping, and affordable price. But, just be aware. For one, the bond remover is $10 plus $8 shipping for diluted rubbing alcohol that you have to use a TON of to get the tape to not rip your hair out. It leaks out half the bottle in the box while it ships, though that's not their fault. If you buy any of the final sale items, you can not return anything, not even for a credit. Even if they ship you the incorrect color, length, etc. Like I said the quality of the hair is great and the shipping is generally fast but just be aware you may hit a snag. Support doesn't do much in the way of helping you even if it you are shipped the wrong product. They were great before they became a mainstream company, I've been buying them for years, but something happened along the way.”
