“Starting off with I did not have the tape ins professionally placed- after my hours of tutorials, I placed them myself. Still following all the rules: cleansing hair, no products after, etc. Placing the extensions was time consuming but again I’m doing them on my own head. I waited 72 hr to wash in luke warm shower. Therefore hoping all is going to be great. They fell out while in the shower! Not just one, ALL. I couldn’t believe it. Long story short I bought new tape to replace the old. And tried again. Watched more tutorials, etc. You guessed it they fell out in the shower again! Now the company is sending me new tape and I’m hoping for a third time the charm ending.”

“I purchased the tape in extensions about a month and a half a ago and they are terrible. They tangle very easily, my ends got very dry after having them in for only about a week. I recently got them reinstalled because they were already falling out. I've had them in for about 2 days and more than half of them already fell out. Im so disappointed because I paid a chunk of money.!!!”
