My extensions were literally hanging on by a thread and I needed to remove them myself due to being in quarantine. This remover is a miracle worker. I sprayed on waited 15 minutes and they were easy to remove and also was great to remove on any residue left in my hair from extensions that had fallen out.

I purchased the bond remover to help remove my extensions during the NYS pause as I cannot go to the salon. The product effectively softens up the tape and the extensions slide off easily. My only complaint is the residue that remains on your hair is tougher to get out even when you spray more product and comb it out. Side note: I am very disappointed with customer service. My package was erroneously delivered into the wrong mailbox (not the company’s fault). However, when I first realized my package was delivered 2 days earlier than anticipated and couldn’t find my package in my mailbox or outside in my lobby, I called and the rep suggested I file a report with USPS and/or route. I wasn’t confident that USPS would find my package as it had been two days since the package was claimed to be delivered inside my mailbox. I hung up and proceeded to try and file a claim with route so that I can obtain a refund or redelivery of my order. Route only allows you to file a claim 5-15 days after your delivery date. I did not have time to wait that long as my extensions were falling out. I called USPS but the hold time was 2 hours to speak to a rep. I ended up filing a lost package claim online. Then, I callled your customer service number 7 TIMES! and ALSO LEFT A VOICEMAIL with My name and phone number asking to please return my call as I would have liked to place another order in the meantime to another address as I needed the tape and bond remover. I also stated I did file the lost package claim with USPS and unable to with Route due to their policy. I NEVER RECEIVED a call back from anyone. This is highly unacceptable. I luckily got a call back from USPS and they were able to have one of the employees look through the mailboxes in my building and find my package in another person’s mailbox. This was THE ONLY REASON I was able to receive and use your product. Because of this reason, I unfortunately no longer feel comfortable ordering from your company.
