“Today is my second time using the Hair and it looks and feels like 20th time. I got matched at the glam seamless store in soho, but after wearing it outside I realize not a great match. The first time I used the hair, I had it professionally installed at Hair salon. I received the iron tool for the beach waves from you guys and the hair is
melting from it. I spent $300 on this hair and this is absolutely not acceptable. I plan to visit a store to show them that the hair is melting when I’m staying with Iron I received from glam seamless. I am so dissapointed because I really wanted to love this hair and be able to style it but I’m afraid to damage it anymore.”

We appreciate your feedback and it's important that all customer remain happy with their extensions. Hair extensions require much more maintenance than just sulfate/paraben free shampoo and conditioner as they do not receive the same oils/nutrients as our own hair from our scalp. Especially once they're processed and being used. Proper hair care is key to insure a long lasting hair life. 😍

“The hair is beautiful, matched very well - however, the clips on two of the wefts have started to come undone within the past week of receiving and wearing the extensions. Nothing a little thread and super clue can’t fix, but over all a good set of hair.”
“Honestly, I've been ordering the regular invisible clips with them for years and loved. I decided to try the beach wave, because there was a deal. I'm going a little lighter brown with my hair. This came and it's almost red and gold dominate- not chocolate brown at all. Also the clips aren't as seamless and easy as usual, so that's strange, maybe because there is was a "deal"? The beach wave hair is like a big fur ball with fried ends. May be the worst I've ever ordered. Also the 18 inch is more like 14 inch. So sad and disappointing. Can't return obviously.”
