“I had went into your Soho, NY store to get color matched and bought your extensions based on the recommendation of blonde from your salesteam. The lady I consulted with stated the piece she was selling me was 18” when it hit me right above the chest. The actual extensions for 18” was way past my chest in length which I specifically told her I didn’t want hair that long. In addition, the sample piece was lighter than the actual extensions I found upon opening the box. Because my hair is lighter than the extensions, I am unable to use them and wasted my money. The length issue can always be fixed my cutting them, but I can’t bleach my extensions. Very disappointed.
I also had to educate the team member that hair has to be layered with extensions and you cant have a blunt cut to blend them when she asked why I was initially interested in a ponytail extensions rather than clip ins for length….”
