“I love the hair texture and comfort of the clips. However, I ordered the color 1B Soft Black which is what I order in other brands but the color was more a medium/dark brown. Next time I will order these in the color Jet Black.”
“3rd time ordering, second time I received wefts with broken/half attached clips. Contacted customer support and they told me to just sew them back on myself . Went through the quality control process, filled out forms, they asked me to send a picture of the back of the box, sent the picture, and never heard back from anyone again. Eventually after cutting my losses, I sewed the clips back on myself, stuck with a defective set, and a week into wearing them (carefully and properly, I’m a cosmetologist) another clip detached itself. Not sure if I’ll be buying from here again.”

“I ordered 5 or 6 samples and decided to go with the one that matched my hair best. When I received the hair, the test strand was a totally different color than the sample. It was much darker with dark clips. I was unable to open the hair because I wanted to returnit. Customer service is working on finding me a lighter batch like the sample I ordered.”
