“There were parts of the clip ins where the hair was melted when it first arrived and the color is not a level 2 dark brown but a level 6 light brown. Returns are void once the seal is broken which is a scam because how can you check the quality or color without removing the seal and opening the box? Only a shady company would do that. Thankfully I tried before I started stocking in my salon.”
