“This frustrated me so much I buy the hair extensions and the color doesn’t match with my color I call customer service to do a exchange and the girl so rude to me say they can’t not do a exchange it because it’s final sale but in the website doesn’t say final sale shame you prefer to losing a customer then do a exchange. I being calling so much but nobody answered the phone is just me or more people have the same issues.!”
“This is the only company I was able to find single weft clip extensions (all though they are just color samples). The color range is good and the hair feels so soft.”
“In reality, their dark brown is really a medium brown. Not a dark chocolate rich colour. Dyed them and it was fine until I had washed them again and it went back to a lighter medium brown which makes me think it’s not all natural hair.”
“Hello, as a repeat customer I was very excited to receive my order but unfortunately, unlike my previous experience with your product, this review will not be near as good and quite honestly, I'm very disappointed :'(. I had an event to go to that I had planned to use the extensions for otherwise, I would have requested a refund and to return them. My first complaint is that the box that held the extensions was damaged and one end was actually open on one end (this is the box inside of the bigger box), the 2nd complaint that I have is that due to the box being opened on the one side, the extensions were not held in place and in fact were a bit tangled. My final complaint is that although there is fallout expected, the amount of hair fallout was substantially larger than the previous extensions that I purchased from you back in March of this year. I wish that this review could be better but I am concerned that the quality of the extensions may have gone down and If that is the case, I will likely look elsewhere in the future for my extensions. I do look forward to hearing back from you regarding this review”
