I was happy with customer service response time and helpfulness when I inquired about the return policy if I ordered the extensions and then decided that I needed a different color. (When they come they have a little swatch separate so that you can compare to your hair color without opening the actual extensions, which makes them returnable if needed). Shipping was really fast. I also took advantage of ordering a few sample colors prior to ordering my extensions. The samples were nice because they were actually long (estimating 16”), which made it a lot easier to tell if the color would work than some of the shorter samples offered by other companies.”
