“I ordered a sample clip-in and 5 single clip-in boxes. The sample seemed to match perfect so I opened 2 more boxes and that is when I noticed that the color was not going to work. I called customer service to request to return the unopened 3 boxes and the rep informed me that it was a final sale item and was not eligible for a return. I specially paid attention before I placed the order and no where was it disclosed that this item was non-returnable. Beware before you buy!!!!!!!!!!!!”
