“I have been emailing customer service and feel ignored by them. I have sent three requests for the next steps to return or exchange my hair since the sample piece did not match. No response in over 7 days. I’m going to call customer service, but now I will be fully returning and requesting a refund and going with a different company. Customer service tells me everything I need to know about where I am choosing to give my money. You don’t deserve to be in business if you don’t care enough to respond to emails.”

“The test sample I bought beforehand was a lot darker than the clip in set I received. I will have to add low lights to the pieces myself to darken it.
The sets are also slightly stringy looking and not overly thick.
Very soft and good quality hair.”
