“I rally wanted to give you guys a shot but this is the third set this year and the hair is not good grade. As soon as it’s washed the ends are dry and you can hear it crack and break, I’ve purchased different types snd lengths just to see if it was only the balayage or only the blonde etc but all three have done the same thing.
I am a cosmetology student and know how to care for hair, its just not been good hair especially for the cost.”
“Glam Seamless shipped me an open box of used hair extensions. I have been contacting the company for about 2 weeks and no one will assist me. The sales associate apologized for sending an open box of extensions, but they won't refund me. The manager was supposed to call the same day and still 2 weeks later never called back. The seal was completely open and the hair was sticking out of the box. It was open with the package seal open. The white bubble package it arrived in was Sealed*. This means the issue occurred on Glam Seamless's end. Shame on this company!! I used to always purchase my hair extensions from this company. I will never buy or recommend this store again.”
