“I never received my hair and failed to give me my money back or hair for which they still have my money and I have to go through hoops just to get money or hair back either one. I had to filed a police report and thank Goodness I got insurance. I will never order from them again. I don’t know about the hair quality but their customer service is not where it should be especially with new customers.
