“I ordered the natural black because my hair is naturally black but i got brown. My hair stylist and I didn’t realize how off the color was before we opened the package and starting putting them in. There is no black in the hair at all. And i can’t get my money back at all. This is so upsetting because the quality and all is amazing.”
