“There was a mix up and I ordered the wrong length. Even though I reached out about this issue the same day that I received the extensions, I couldn’t return them for the correct length. Although there was a mistake on my part in ordering the wrong size, with how quickly I got in touch about this issue I would have hoped it could be resolved given the cost of the extensions, and my very long history of ordering with Glam Seamless. For some reason my previous order wasn’t listed in my glam seamless account, this is why I ordered the wrong length, as I could not see my most recent order. I would caution people to go above and beyond in verifying information before opening the packaging, even if it’s been opened once, even if you never used the extensions inside, even if you contact them the day of order delivery, you will not be able to return or exchange. A few hundred dollars is a lot of many for many people right now. I see this as a pretty big gap in customer service, and although I’ve been purchasing from GS since 2015, I will not be anymore. Not because of the quality of extensions, but because of this gap in customer care/service that makes purchasing with them risky.”
