“Hair quality is not the same the last 3 orders hair immediately started matting also the clips have changed and I constantly have to replace them they break very easy. Iam a hairdresser in California and I have been recommending this brand to so many clients and was color matching and purchasing for them. I really loved this company but unfortunately iam in search for a new higher quality brand”

“Any licensed professional knows level 1 is black. Period. Yes you can have undertones but a level 1 is black. Tell me why I just received “espresso” and which they label as 1c and the extensions are straight red brown. Not cool at all. This company is the worst. I’ve only ever had problems.”
