“This hair is horrible. It was good for about a month, then it was just dry like straw. I use salon products only, top of the line. I've only washed the extensions twice. I put oil on them daily, brush them out twice a day, do a professional hair mask on them once a week, and sleep with them in a braid. Also, I've only used heat on them twice, with heat protectant, and never blow dried them. If you use heat and wash more often, they'd probably only look nice for a few weeks. I usually use bellami which will easily last for a year easily and still look nice. This company claims that with proper care they'll last a year. The lady that put them in for me said they felt so nice in the beginning, but to look fried so fast, she said they clearly just coated them with something that wears off, just like the cheap Amazon hair. For the price, this company is absolutely horrible. I wouldn't pay more than $50 for this hair because it is only good for such a short period of time. Also, their website advertises 24" wefts which is what I ordered, but when we measured them out of the package they were about 21". This company is a lying scam.”
“I just received these extensions. They don't look very professional. Also, it concerns me that it says they shouldn't be colored. Most quality extensions say you can color them. Also, to return them there is a restocking fee. You can't actually feel the hair, or else you can't return it, which I understand for hygiene purposes, but I'd think a quality company would back-up their products better than that. I feel like they are just like the made in China (which they are) extensions on Amazon, just with a professional price tag.”
