“These extensions worked perfectly I had to dye it to a darker color but it was no problem it took the color right away I completely love these extensions. Are super easy to style.”
“Lately all of the hair I've been ordering from you guys does not match the swatch. All of my clients end up needing to gloss their hair at an additional cost because it is not the same as what we match during the consultation. The quality of the hair is good but this causes a problem for install because I either need to send back the hair which takes very long for a refund or I have to charge them additional for the color which was not expected or part of the consultation. Either you guys need to update your swatches or let the hairstylists know tou changed the actual hair we are ordering.”
