There was purchase made from my account by my roommate. Who happened to steal my card. I was sent an email regarding details on this purchase. I immediately tried contacting the company to get my money back and further investigate my last steps leading to my card being stolen. This company promises friendly and prompt customer service. I've sent literally 10 emails kindly asking for my money back! Nothing in response. I called once long distance which in turn cost more than the hair. I spoke to a young girl who could not direct to a manager.( RED FLAG) and was told by the end of the convo my complaint will be sent to managment. ( the people I've been trying to contact to no avail.) This company is money hungry. This company needs to be shit down for STEALING. Look at it this way. Amazon you can always speak to manager. Any other online website. You get a response. Oh and if the product hasn't even shipped you can always get your money back. The hair isn't worth the gamble. And I'm sure its shit.”
