“I love the hair but the customer service team is terrible. The gals that pick up the phone are rude and don't try to help. I ordered hair and received it then 2 weeks later I went to order more and the color wasn't on their website so I called. I was told that they discounted the Cool brown without warning. Her attitude was too bad, so sad.....it's your problem. Then she abruptly said "Is there anything else I can do for you?" I've spent about $1000 in 6 weeks time with this company. Wow....what a shame!!”
“So bummed!! I thought this was a clip weft but it ended up being a weft bundle. Now I have two weft bundles not sure what to do with them. I told the company the mistake and they wouldn’t let me exchange or returned. Never even opened the boxes. Expensive mistake, not sure why they couldn’t at least return them since they are still Sealed in the box.”
