“There hair is great quality especially for the price. I will definitely be ordering again. I do have to add about this particular color though, I would not consider it “ash blonde” at all.”
“I purchased these extensions based on the colour, the invisible seamless claim and the tackiness of the tape-ins. WELL I took these babies to Europe and swam in salt water every day. I washed my hair almost every day and used hair conditioner (OLAPLEX) at the ends. The texture of my hair is fine and thin however no one was able to tell that I was wearing hair extensions. They did not fall off, or slide off or anything. 3 Weeks later I still have them on and I get compliments on them all the time. They look ultra seamless and will continue to recommend and purchase these.”
“I’ve ordered several times from this company. The Remy hair is not good enough quality for tape ins. After a month it gets really knotty and tangled and there is not enough leave in conditioner to bring it back to life. I literally had a bird’s nest of matted hair in the back of my head. After my experience with the Remy line I decided to invest in the Ultra seamless line. My first order was perfect and worth the doubled price tag. The hair was finer and softer and I could barely tell the difference between my own hair texture and the extensions. I ordered them a second time and the quality and texture was completely different. I’m sure they sent me the Remy line again. Unfortunately, their customer service is the worst to deal with and would not do anything about the fact that they had just sold me their cheaper hair at a premium price. Unless you are willing to gamble with the possibility that you may or may not get good quality hair, I’d order from a different company.”
