“Worst experience I’ve ever had with an online company. I ordered my extensions and paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. Waited 4 days and then they emailed me saying that this email means I understand that I pre-ordered my Item and that my order is out of stock so that it will take 2-7 weeks for me to receive my exertions. I replied and made it clear it said this no where when I ordered them. Then I looked online and the extensions I ordered still said IN STOCK and ready to ship next day!?!?!? I emailed them 6 times, got hung up on by them on live chat and when I called it said I called after buisness hours and then the recording continued to tell me that there business hours were until 6.... it was 4 when I called them.... so finally the next day they emailed me back and said my order was cancelled because they didn’t have enough stock and my money was refunded. I go on the website and the extensions I ordered still say IN STOCK! Ha”
