“It was my first time ordering from this company and I have to say it will be the last. 280.00 is a lot to spend on hair extensions first of all, and which I don't mind but when the product isn't at all what I expected that's a lot to lose. When I received the hair I was super excited and from inside the box they looked like s really pretty blonde, it wasn't until I opened them I noticed they had a very light almost blueish pink champagne tint to them. I ordered ash blonde so I figured maybe it was just a toner that would wash out.big mistake on my part because of course I couldn't return them and after they dried it was still there. I wrote to your company and complained and she said that they could not be returned or exchanged since I opened them and that the color was the lightest blonde so it would make the perfect canvas to dye them. It's most definitely not the lightest it's not platinum at all, my actually hair is platinum and they're darker. I've worn hair extensions for a very long time and have ordered many sets but I've never run into this problem till now. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or what but everyone thinks they look like they have a pink tint so I know it's not just me. The hair did feel nice but because of that color they're unwearable and useless and a big waste of money. I won't be doing business with this company again and I'll make sure to pass the word along to my fellow blondes about your default product.”
