“I've been ordering these for years, suddenly my last 2 orders over the past 2 months, the extensions are a muddy "platinum" that is actually purple. The extensions have dark blonde hairs woven throughout so they are no longer pure platinum, there are lowlights in them. They no longer match my hair and I'm sad, they used to be a pretty, clear platinum color where the hairs were all uniform. What happened and why do they have a purple tint all of the sudden :(”
