“The hair provided is absolutely terrible. My stylist installed 3 rows of your blonde wefts and they are already dried out, ends are frayed, can’t brush through. DO NOT ORDER THEIR HAIR. I have been wearing extensions for years, these are the same quality you would get for a fraction of the price somewhere else. I use all the correct products, IGK Shampoo, Amika detangler, pravana leave in treatment, everything, sleep in a loose braid, I follow all the stylist recommendations. NOTHING HELPS. Matted, shortened, fried looking after less then a month of install buy my certified, highly experienced stylist. I would give zero stars if I could, and they don’t honor their shipping guarantee it was and still is a disaster. Over $500 worth of hair not even a month old down the drain.”
“The hair was definitely more of a brown. The wefts are on the thinner side so I had to double them up and sew them together. The shedding isn’t that bad but you definitely get some. Other then that I am happy with my purchase. For the cost factor and availability of quality hair on the market available to someone without a cosmetology license I am very pleased.”
