“These are the cheapest, lousiest extensions I have ever used. They’re rough and tangly. I use their entire care package and they STILL shed as much hair as the size of my palm. THE WORST. Please do not buy from this company. Invest in something a little better, EVEN A LITTLE BETTER. I’m a licensed hair stylist trained in extensions and these are absolute garbage.”
“I went to the NYC store to get a better match after a mistake with glamband. The original salesperson helping as great and has the patience of a saint. I was having a hard time with color and she called the mgr to help. She was rude, told me both are the same (they weren’t) she didn’t make any better suggestions and I walked out again with something I feel self conscious with. Hair is nice. Color is nice but doesn’t match and I’m tired of being unhappy with the color. Glam was highly suggested but I don’t think they care if you feel confident. As always, all about money. Too bad, it’s a good product. I thought it was just me but my husband noticed she was just as unpleasant to the next customer. Maybe she had a bad day and I’m sorry if she did. Just another expensive mistake for me.”
