“The Ponytail Product was very good quality, however, the color didn't work out. I emailed pictures of my hair for a color match and then, based on the recommendations I received from Glam Seamless, I ordered two samples as well to be on the safe side. The sample of the color recommended (Mocha Bronde Balayage) looked like a great match so I ordered that for the full product but the full ponytail color was much darker than the sample and doesn't match my hair so I unfortunately couldn't use it for the event I bought it for. Hoping maybe a salon can dye it so I can try it out at some point.”
