“Never received my item. They claimed I removed some type of shipping guarantee and would not help beyond me having to pay to ship and pay extra for this guarantee. Made a claim through USPS as directed and even though USPS said they couldn't confirm where it was delivered I still have nothing. 157$ down the drain.”
“Unfortunately I was utterly disappointed with this product. I have purchased the clip ins before and it's a much better product. The issue with the ponytail is that the hair lip they have attached is not strong enough to hold the weight of the hair. It's extremely weak and unlike the clips on their clip ons. I had a professional hair stylist try and put it on and she could not successfully do it. The ponytail just got weighed down. Sadly this was a total waste of over $200.”
