“I’m upset because this is my second purchase based off what the Glam Seamless reps suggested for color and both times was NOT a match. I’m pretty upset I can’t ever wear these! What a waste. If you do your DD….There are other companies that have free returns no matter what and the hair is basically the same. I am not happy with this company, I went off their own advice TWICE, once with invisible clip extensions and one ponytail, bought one in each color suggested based off my consultation and NEITHER MATCH! I feel robbed of over $500!”
“Actual hair is great but the Velcro is horrible. It not only destroys the piece going around the ponytail, but it yanks out my own hair every time. It also doesn’t clip in sturdy. Whey too much weight on the head where it just sags. Not a fan”
“I’ve purchased from Glam seamless before so I know how amazing the quality is. This time however I purchased the ponytail and I’m unfortunately disappointed. I didn’t realize until after I got it that it needs to be placed high on the head for it to be secure, which I don’t like so I’m very sad about that. I’m out $200 and I can’t return it. It’s beautiful and hopefully someday I can find someone who will appreciate it.”
