“had a video call to color match and i listened to the advice and picked the color,when the hair came it did not match at all. extremely thin hair. waste of money.”
“The color didn't match my hair like the other extensions had. I ordered the dark brown which I thought would match because that's what I've ordered in the past but it was much lighter. I'm thinking the ponytail extension was meant to be lighter but I didn't like how it didn't match the top of my head. I ended up dying it about two shades darker.”
