“I have 3 different sets of extensions and they had never disappointed me. I purchased the ponytail and the shampoo. First wash and it shed a tremendous amount of hair. I am so sad. That’s almost $300 down the drain LITERALLY.”
“Upon opening the package , I realized that the color, soft brunette ,was lighter than shown in the website . I thought that the top part of the ponytail was a darker shade .My hair is dark brown and the color does not look right at all . Wasted a lot of money . I can’t return it once is opened so I will donate it .”
“I like that it’s human hair, but it doesn’t really place well or go around the pony tail because it’s stiff. I think it would be better if it was was a draw string type of hair piece. Honestly I’m happier with the $14.99 synthetic hair piece than the $160 hair piece. I know the hair piece will last longer than any of the $14.99 pieces but it’s just doesn’t sit right in the hair.”
