“I'm a natural ginger and they had a lot of trouble matching my color at the store (I got a full install). They tried mixing this color with a brown, but this pumpkin color is weirdly a very pink red - and the brown is darker than my natural color. Unfortunately I have to spend a lot of time toning it to sort of match my real hair - every single time I wash, which has been really frustrating.
The hair quality also comes from India or Asia and while that may work for some people, the texture does not at all match my caucasian hair and it lays and moves very differently. I'm now going to a place that custom colors extensions to match my natural color (and its the same price) and having these taken out sadly. The people at the salon are very nice and tried, but the ginger options they had to work with just didn't cut it. Real reds are more golden/orange toned not blue-based/ pink reds :/”
“This is not good quality hair it creeps up on itself and becomes very matted very quickly. Which means all the cuticles don’t face the same way, and probably comes from a few different donors. Extremely unimpressed with this hair. Cheep hair in a fancy package.”
