“I’ve tried a lot of the other big brand (and some of the smaller brands) clip in extensions and these are by far my favorite. They have the best quality hair, they don’t shed, and they last forever especially if you wash them with their line of shampoo and conditioner. I wear my clip ins daily, I work in a physical field where I’m often sweaty and dirty. If I wash my extensions every other week I’ve learned they last a lot longer. In the past other extensions I’ve had got frizzy and tangled if washed even once. This is the only place I buy extensions from. I’ve also bought their U part wig and their halo and I love them all.”
“I ordered the dark brown pony(2) because of the picture and because other companies #2 always matched my color. But when my pony arrived it looked right threw the little window of the box, but when I opened the box the color was much much lighter then expected. And since the seal was broken on the box I can not return it. Well if I could have seen the real color threw the tiny window of the box and threw the black net covering the hair I would not have opened the box and would have returned it. To me this was bad business and the only reason I gave a 3 star is because the quality of the hair is very nice. Hopefully my hair colorist can dye my pony. Needed it for a special event. What a bummer..”
