“There are so many things wrong with this. 1) The actual extension is darker than the sample color swatch I had purchased. What's the point of selling the sample if the color isn't even identical? And you don't accept return or exchange? That's not acceptable. 2) The piece that wraps around the pony is way too short. Just because the length of the pony is 16 doesn't mean that piece should be short as well. You are supposed to wrap around the pony so the circumference has nothing to do with the length! I could barely wrap around to hide the velcro. 3) What's with this unnatural high shine? This looks like a synthetic wig. Just awful and does not warrant a high price tag. Luxy hair is much better.”
“I always buy this color because it is a perfect match to my color. I like dimension, so the root is a perfect slight dark with a little amount of low lights nicely accenting the blonde. The hair feels amazing. Will continue to buy when I feel the need to replace which is usually 6-8 months for me.”
“The hair felt nice. But the color was off. In the picture it shows just the back color where the clips are, but fail to mention the other side of hair is darker. So the actually blonde ombre color is on the inside where no one can see. Very deceiving. I won’t be wearing these and will throw them away. Amazon hair extensions are cheaper and better. Too expensive for what you’re getting out of it.”
