“I was hoping that it would be exactly like the Tape Ins but sadly the root part is not a taupe gray brown color. It's more of a honey brown. Of course not Glam Seamless' fault but the box was damaged and opened on 1 end so whether I wanted to return it, I unfortunately can't. However I never would have known the root color was different had the box not been damaged. I absolutely love Cream Beige Balayage but just wish the Weft was exactly the same color as the Tape Ins.”
“I love the hair extensions! But the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! I bought some before and they told me that they would refund the money which i asked if it was a gift card and they said NO! Which I just bought the wrong color. I then ordered new ones to match (these ones). They later on told me that they did indeed have me a gift card AFTER I ASKED THEM! So now I’m sitting on another gift card! That’s $500 spent. And it expires in a month! Completely upset. No one has responded and they just keep telling gift card was issued. I ASKED So I could use on these and they said no it was refined to the account! Sooo upset!”

The description should have stated that this product is not suitable for anyone who is not causcasian because it does not match the texture of my hair at all and I am biracial.
