“I wanted to really love this, as I am a loyal Glam Seamless customer and have purchased Tape Ins and Wefts in the past. But this ponytail is not a good match to my thinning hair. It is very heavy and hard for me to put it on. The worst part is that I cannot exchange it and I’ve never used it and will never use it.”
“I purchased two packs of the 24 inch machine wefts not even two months ago and the hair is just plain terrible. My stylist has been in contact with the company and all they are offering is a gift card for $260. Also REFUSE to have someone actually call and communicate with her. Considering I paid $700 for this TERRIBLE hair and I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of hair in the past from glamseamless a $260 gift card is an insult. This hair is beyond the definition of nappy! Also not to mention the globes of hair that falls out every time I brush it. Trust me when I say the extensions are properly taken care of and barely have heat put on them. What also upsets me the most is that I have gotten multiple people to purchase hair from this company. I truly believe maybe I got a bad batch of hair. Which considering I’ve had extensions for years I get it but I expected to be sent new hair. I would have been completely happy with that. I’m not asking for a refund just NEW hair. Oh well lessened learned I’ll take my money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same!”
“First I was a little skeptical about the wrap around ponytail, I always had the one with the strings on both sides. but this thing is super easy and holds pretty well. i`m happy with the purchase. also the ponytail is not too thick and heavy, has the right amount of hair needed.Thank you”
