“I was super excited to receive the ponytail and although it was not an item that could be returned, after research and asking lot of questions I took the plunge. I don’t think I would purchase it again. The ponytail feels rather heavy and it’s a little tricky making it look as neat and pretty as it does online. I’m planning on practicing with it a little more to see if I can get it to look better. The hair is beautiful and I do have the extensions, which I really like…but the ponytail just doesn't have that realistic look I was hoping for.”
