“Absolutely terrible quality and customer service. I will never be using glam seamless hair extensions in the future. I have been in the industry for over 10 years and have never had such problems as I did with this company. There is no excuse a company should conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner. I will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future.”
“The quality of the hair I received from glam seamless was extremely poor and not wearable. The extensions were unable to hold any style or curl. When I expressed my concerns to the company they were completely unprofessional and were not willing to assist me in rectifying the matter. Each person that responded to my emails was incompetent and did not address any of my questions. I requested a full refund on my purchase as the extensions are not able to be worn. I have been in the industry for over 10 years and have never experienced this level of service. It is inexcusable that a company should conduct itself in such a manner. I am only thankful that this has occurred to me as a stylist and not to one of my loyal clients. I will not be using glam seamless hair extensions in the future and will not be recommending them to any stylists or clients.”
“I just wrote a NEGATIVE REVIEW! Is THAT WHY it won’t post???????? I’m very upset!!! There is not enough Velcro to wrap around the pony to cover my hair. And the comb broke my first try. I even braided my FINE hair and hooked it halfway as instructions said and it STILL won’t fit around the pony! The hair is too heavy to stay on!!”
“The hair quality from Glam Seamless is the best I've ever had and I've tried a lot of hair extension brands, even though it's also the most expensive I've ever used.. I love how thick the ponytail extension is and how long it's lasted me so far (been wearing for 6 months at this point). I gave it 4 stars because very noticeably the hair sheds daily from the ponytail weft A LOT but after 6 months the ponytail overall somehow still looks nice and and still beautiful surprisingly... maybe work on that issue with the hair shedding from the weft, Glam, otherwise it's worth the super expensive cost!”
