“Too thick for fine hair. I got it because I have fine thin hair. It is so thick and heavy my ponytail will not hold it up. And the backing is so large it won’t wrap around my ponytail without sticking up and looking akward”
“Extremely disappointed! I ordered 2 weeks before my appointment date to get the hair put in, and when it said “delivered” I still had a week before the appointment which was great… if the order was actually delivered, which it was not!! The order was not delivered even though tracking said it was. I waited some time before reaching out considering that it’s the holiday season and these things can easily happen. Eventually I reached out to customer service, I’ve called multiple times and had to leave my number for a call back due to the busy wait time, I have still not received a call back. I emailed customer service explaining this issue and they said they are not responsible for lost or damaged orders and to reach out to UPS. I have been trying to get in contact with UPS claims and being that this is definitely the craziest time of the year to even attempt reaching out to them, it has been an absolute disaster! Being that I still hadn’t received my order and my appointment was approaching I had to quickly go and BUY another set of extensions through ANOTHER company along with paying extra for express shipping!!! Words cannot explain how disappointed I am with this company especially since my order was STILL never received and I have yet to receive a call back from customer service that I’ve called multiple times, I no longer have time for this lack of customer service and it looks like I will now have to file a claim with my credit card company to remove this transaction since no one here is able to help me resolve it.”
“I have purchased hair from here many times and the last two times they have sent me hair that is so soft before the first wash and afterwards are STRAW MATTED AND TANGLED. And before y’all say anything, I take extremely great care of my extensions and use high end products recommended by professional hair stylists who have done hair for 10+ years including extensions. And these are the worst I have ever had. You can’t return them after opening and can’t get your money back after that first wash. They sent me two bad batches back to back and I have paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for each. I am currently searching for a better brand because the lack of care from this company is disgusting.”
