“I purchase the Brown Sugar Swirl Highlights 16 inches. The ponytail is very thick and soft. I like the length, it looks very natural. The only thing I didn’t like it that the color is more of a caramel color rather than it being more of a chocolate brown. Overall, the hair and the way it is made is high quality.”
