“I have bought clips ins from Glamseamless and love them. The color and quality are perfect. So I bought the pony tail. Disappointed that they only have 2 lengths 16” and 22”. Was hoping they had 18 or 20. The mesh/lace part that wraps around pony tail is too thick and awkward. Looks like the top of my pony tail has a huge growth or lump and does not look sleek at all. Tried to straighten it and even cut some of the hair off. Looks a little better but not worth the price I paid for it. Hopefully they will have more lengths to choose from and develop a better ponytail extension.”
“It’s only been a month and the hair is dried out and puffy! I have had hair extensions for 20 years! I know hair I know how to take care of it., this is not real hair it is definitely blended with Synthetic hair. I know you guys outsource to China this hair is not real I want my money back!”
“Hi there. I received my extension pony tail. When I first went to the check out it showed my Canadian address and said my total was 216.00 I went on my visa statement to see I was charged almost 300 I know that was converted into (US dollars) however I felt like it was misleading especially where on my receipt I printed it says 216. I was then charge 99 for customs. The extensions ended up costing me 400. I have a marketing background and I feel so bad giving negative feedback but I was unhappy with these surprises that I felt could have been communicated better on the website. The hair itself seems really good quality. I thought it might be a bit thicker but very healthy. I hope to hear back! Again I don’t want to appear negative however just ended up costing double the money from what I had originally thought.”
