“I have extensively tried the ponytail 26 inch out for several months.
I have had issues with this from the beginning because when I first brushed the hair a lot of hair came out!!!
The customer service didn't do anything about my inquiry.
A few months later the grip broke and I contacted customer service and needles to say they didn't help again.
They said "you can sew it back on"... so I did but let me tell you guys something, sewing it back doesn't do anything. Its worse than before and I can't use the ponytail at all.
Also if you have medium to thick hair your hair will show if you make any quick movements.
Thank you for not helping me or compensating me for this bad quality of hair glam seamless.

“Bought Aug 2020. Installed Sept... crappy year so just got around to this. Wore for 3 months... had to make due after $$$ I paid to get these. Shed terribly. Definitely partial synthetic hair. Knotted and ratted within a week. Styling was a nightmare. Very disappointed. NOT a quality product”
