The ponytail is impossible to get on securely without slipping off 1. The Velcro attachment is not long enough to wrap around your tightly tied ponytail 2. The prong/comb that secures under your ponytail is tiny and slippery metal - it will push your ponytail out of place.
I contacted customer service multiple times about the possibility of receiving a faulty/manufacturing error ponytail ... they were not helpful and I would receive multiple bounce back emails from different robot/auto responses . I even sent pictures and a video to customer service as the auto response asked.
200 is expensive to spend on a ponytail. Keep doing your research and don’t make the mistake of purchasing this item.”
