“the quality of these clip ins are superior to all others i’ve tried. customer service & return policy is a bit lacking, but makes up for it with the product quality. color is a bit on the ashier side than pictured here. also something to note — my sample weft was darker than the clip ins were”
“I ordered hair extensions on backorder. I didn’t receive it until 2 weeks later. Upon arrival I noticed the packaging was different than before, and I immediately called their customer service number and told them I didn’t receive a hair sample, and got permission to open the box. However, it wasn’t an exact match, there were no clips (mind you - I followed their instagram, and that is how I selected my item. I simply followed the link and later found out it was a saloon item that you will need to cut the hair in pieces, and assemble). I returned the item and later received an email saying I owe a restocking fee of $12.95 and was told to order my sample pieces myself. I NEVER had ordered my own sample pieces off any retailer. They couldn’t even honor this mistake after purchasing 2 other orders totaling more than $500. Horrible experience, and no customer loyalty.”
