“Quality of hair is good but I'm so disappointed in the color. Had my hair colored to match the roots of these and the dirty blonde ombre and dirty chai ombre extensions that I bought. In each of the pictures the root of the extensions are about a level 3/4 brown. The extensions are maybe a level 6 at the roots. How disappointing to spend over 400$ on hair and when the hair arrived and I brought it into the salon it wasnt even the color that the site showed.
I cant lighten my hair to match them either since I JUST put the darker brown over pre-lightened hair. Waste of money and massive let down:/”
