“I HATE being this person who complains…but...I ordered 2 of the same color (1B). I confidently opened them because they were labeled correctly. What I received from them was two different colors. One being the correct color (1B) and one being a completely wrong color. I knew from the warning on the package stating this item can not be replaced or returned if opened but that wasn’t going to be necessary as they were labeled correctly. I sent them an email including pictures. They offered to give me a discount on my next purchase but I don’t really understand why they don’t fix their mistake and send me the extension I’m still currently paying for as they are not cheap.”
