“I HATE being this person who complains…but...I ordered 2 of the same color (1B). I confidently opened them because they were labeled correctly. What I received from them was two different colors. One being the correct color (1B) and one being a completely wrong color. I knew from the warning on the package stating this item can not be replaced or returned if opened but that wasn’t going to be necessary as they were labeled correctly. I sent them an email including pictures. They offered to give me a discount on my next purchase but I don’t really understand why they don’t fix their mistake and send me the extension I’m still currently paying for as they are not cheap.”

“I love these extensions so much! I will say, I don’t care for the tape I purchased so much, but the bundle is incredible. I spent lots of time researching the right color and the caramel honey sombre is STUNNING. Amazing quality hair. I will definitely get beach wave next time as my hair is curly and these dry pretty straight , but no prob, I just have to style my hair more to match. Requesting you make the Caramel honey sombre in the beach wave texture for tape ins someday!!”
